Habitat for Humanity

Elaina Rodriguez is the Special Programs Manager at Habitat for Humanity Waukesha, Jefferson and Rock Counties, where she works to expand access to affordable home repairs to strengthen and revitalize communities across the region. A Carroll University alumna, Class of 2023, she went on to earn her Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2025.

A proud City of Waukesha resident since 2015, Elaina brings both professional expertise and personal investment to the communities she serves. She is also an avid volunteer with Best Buddies, reflecting her commitment to inclusion and meaningful community connection. Elaina is honored to return to Carroll to share her journey with fellow Pioneers.
